The client approached us after secure planning. They had been through another broker and who told they couldn’t fund the type of construction they wanted to use, that being insulated concrete form ( ICF )

Solution 

The broker who the client used was the person they spoke to when doing traditional mortgages in the past. Self build and construction finance  is specialist, what seemed complex and took a lot of time with a previous broker we were able to offer indictive terms on the day.
