  • The client was recommended to speak us on a forum on the Graven Hill website. They wanted to stay in their current rented house during, were self manging the build and using ICF as their construction mechanisms.

 

Solution

We had to use our strategic relationship with a lender to remove the clients rental payments during the build to ensure that the lenders affordability assessments were met.

The client completed the build and moved in to the project.
