Problems:

Client had struggles to secure funding due to the nature of construction being grade 2 listed with a structural report that was damming and a plot that was larger then 5 acres.

 

Solution:

Nearly a fifth of our business is helping people convert barns, as such we used our knowledge and relationship with a specialist conversion mortgage provider to secure lending.

We raised 100% of the clients build cost along with additional funds to repay friends. The client had no cash deposit.
